Meetings: when/where/what?

WHEN? Generally every 4th Monday of the month at 6 p.m. for 6:30 p.m. (Because of holidays, this may change sometimes - refer planned dates below.) Get a specimen agenda from documents page! Also Humour HopAbout on 28 Nov 2016 and last 2016 meeting on 5 Dec 2016.

WHERE? President All Suites Hotel,  Sea Point, Cape Town (GPS: -tba)

DIRECTIONS: From Roeland Street, turn at petrol station/Vigiletti Motors into De Villiers Street, then turn right into Constitution Street: hotel on corner. From N2/Nelson Mandela Drive, take Searle Street exit, turn into Keizersgracht Street, past CPUT, left into Tennant Street and left again into Constitution Street. From central town, follow Darling Street into Tennant Street, pass the CPUT and turn left into Constitution Street. Park inside near conference rooms. .


WHAT COMPRISES A MEETING? The meeting is held in a private room and follows a set agenda (see specimen), with a break for the meal. (A cash bar is available.) It normally finishes at about 9:30 p.m. For more info, contact the VP Membership or VP Education.
